As the end of the year approaches we realized there were a few projects that we have done that somehow missed getting put on our blog.   They are too cool to be left behind so today’s post will be devoted to them.

This quilt/wall hanging we call “Through  My Window”.  It is made quilt as you go with a wonderful pattern and the window squares are a black and white panel that we colored with fabric ink.  The panel can also be embroidered or you could even add applique.  There are 12 “windows”, one for each month.  You can choose any colors you would like for the pieced blocks making it a great wall hanging for an entry way into a home or for the office.

This table runner is called “Drive Me Crazy” and is created out of many, many different red fabrics.  You could also use pinks, blues, oranges or any other color that you desire.  The background is meant to be monochromatic with the contrasting flowers and leaves that really pop out at you.

There is still time to create these big print table runners in time for the holidays.  There are so many great big print themed fabrics, you are bound to find just the right one for that special someone!

Even though, fall has come and gone, to some of us it is our favorite season and we would like it to go on and on.  With this fat quarter friendly maple leaf block quilt you can have fall all year round.  The rich reds, deep greens and bright oranges and yellows make this a stunning quilt.

Recently, Doris completed this paper pieced cardinal wall hanging.  The bright red bird and snowy background make this a perfect winter wall hanging for that special place in your home.

Have a great day!  Till next time – Happy Crafting!

Lisa 🙂
