Charm square packs are so cute! They have a wonderful selection of fabric since they quite often contain one or two pieces of each fabric in a group or collection, for a total of about 40 squares. Recently we were playing with the greatest little rulers made just for the 5″ charm squares and found that with some additional fabrics; 3/4 yard of coordinating or contrasting fabric and then backings and bindings, we could have three totally different table runners! To make them even easier, instead of binding, use one of the tools that allows you to bring your backing fabric to the front – it makes the most awesome mitered corners!
